I performed in a national Ukrainian rowing team, won several Ukrainian Championships, earned x2 silver medals on a Spartakiad of Ukraine, won on Big Dnepr Cup in 1995, and on a 2-pair Personal Championship cup of Ukraine in 1996. I also been a psychologist for rowing and swimming teams.

Such a deep background in sport grants me clear image of what it takes to perform under pressure. I experienced a level of focus and mental strength needed to overcome emerging obstacles.

Career

Prepared divers to Olympic Games 2000 Sydney and 2004 Athens. Helped several football teams from Premier and 1st leagues. Prepared national judo members, and national gymnastics team for a World Cup and Olympic Games 2008.

Was a senior researcher at LBF Sports, and lead expert in psychophysiological study under ZNU. Been involved at Olympic reserve center, sports base «Spartak» and «Meteor», basketball team «Griffins», sports club «Voskhod», and more.

Players

Throughout my career I cooperated and been involved into success of numerous top-tier professionals on international level across various sports. My players learn to control own emotions, focus on needed elements, and clear their mind during tense moments.

I teach my players to analyse clearly, control a rythm of any match, and behave as true champion. I use my imagination techniques to improve a concentration, clean any negative thoughts, and increase confidence.

I showcase numerous breathing techniques to solve faced obstacles in a match and to foster your recovery. Yoga and a martial qigong involvement improve your energetic and psychological spheres.
